Tasting Notes
2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain AVASweet and enticing aromas of lavender, rosemary, fennel, cracked black pepper, cumin, graham, black currents and deep deep black cherries. Cigar wrapper notes as well. The mouthwatering savory richness of the 2011 vintage is beautifully displayed here alongside the sweet dark raspberry, cherry, currents and black berries flavors. This wine has great structure and is built to last. Concentration, ripe tannins and oak textures are all in proportion and seamlessly flow through to a mile long finish. Includes 9% Merlot from the same estate.
