Wine Club Cancellation Policy
Membership in Upchurch Vineyard wine clubs are complementary; you will not be billed until 30-days before your wine club ships. Members receive an automatic shipment of at least twelve bottles of wine annually, depending on membership level.
Your membership duration is open-ended until we hear otherwise from you. You may cancel at any time after the one-year membership minimum requirement. Cancellations or changes to allocations must be received in writing at least 30-days prior to the release date. Early cancellation prior to the one-year minimum will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining allocations.
