TASTING NOTES

Notes of eucalyptus, blackberry, Provence herbs, and chocolate cherries on the nose. Big mouthfeel with balanced, resolved tannins. Round and rich on the palate, with a touch of toasty oak, plum brandy and earth tones. A great representation of Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in 40% new French Oak barriques for 18 months.

"The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is fresh and red- and black-fruited, with vibrant, juicy aromas of fresh berries, graphite and hints of brown baking spices. It's medium to full-bodied on the palate, with notions of graphite, layers of spicy, fresh and expressive dark fruit tones and a food-friendly finish. This is round and soothing on the palate, with silken waves of sipe red and black fruits beneath an air of sweet violet florals. Lightly structured and quite refined, the 2020 finishes with admirable length and concentration. The 2020, sourced from 100% Red Mountain fruit, is a tremendous value."
