TASTING NOTES
A gorgeous ruby wine bursting with aromas of cherries, cranberry, cedar, and dusty earth. Focused acidity and tannins lead to rich notes of red plum, pomegranate, blueberry, and barrel spice. The LTL Cabernet Sauvignon once again captures the power and intensity of the Red Mountain AVA. Aged in 50% new French Oak barriques for 18 months.

93 Points - Owen Bargreen
"This 2021 wine comes from the estate as well as Quintessence, Stanton Hill and Shaw Vineyards. This was stored in 50% new French oak for 18 months before bottling. Very smooth on the entry, this delivers violets, black currants and tar notes giving this a very classic Red Mountain profile. Showing good verve and richness, enjoy now and over the next ten plus years to come. Drink 2024-2034"
92 Points - Jeb Dunnuck
"A gem of a wine as well as a brilliant value, the 2021 LTL Cabernet Sauvignon has tons of upfront red and black fruits as well as some leafy tobacco, loamy earth, and spicy, leathery nuances in a plump, round, medium to full-bodied package. With ripe tannins and plenty of mid-palate depth, drink this pleasure-bent and impeccably made red over the coming 7-8 years."
