TASTING NOTES
Aromas leap from the glass with wild strawberries, rainier cherries, nectarines, and hints of savory Provençal herbs, strawberry leaf, and white pepper. The palate is full of bright and juicy fruits, crisp acidity, and the subtle herbal and pepper notes play as well.
ACCLAIM
92 Points - Owen Bargreen
"Made from Mourvèdre grapes, the 2021 LTL Rose is a delightful new bottling that shows outstanding finesse and concentration. Once on the attack a kiss of sweetness greets you, as guava puree, cranberry, red rose water and flinty minerals combine with shades of wild mushroom on the palate. Outstanding to consume now, this will hold for at least another five years. Drink 2022-2027"
90 Points - Robert Parker, Wine Advocate
Made with 21% Grenache, the 2021 Mourvèdre Rose is delightful in the glass with aromas of pink flowers and hints of cherry that waft with a subtle spicy essence. Medium-bodied, the palate offers a soft earthiness with a food-friendly and softly smoky finish that is crushable. This was fermented in stainless steel and concrete rested before bottling. Only 350 cases were made of this brilliant wine."
